Recently we came to visit and everything friends and family had left was gone. We went to the office and were told items that were deemed worth saving were out by a fence and if we wanted we could go see if they were still there. Having never been through this before I honestly had no idea what would/should happen; & planning funeral services is just not something you want to stress over. Up to 20 copies of the Report of Death, issued at the time of death, will be provided by the embassy or consulate free of charge. If additional copies are needed in the future, they can be obtained for a fee from the Department of State.
